Wedding Table Plans

Our wedding table plans are A2 in size and are made to your exact requirements. If you have a specific table arrangement that is not covered by one of our standard plan templates, we can design your plan to suit you. Call us today to discuss your requirements. The plan will be decorated to match any of our stationery designs and are framed with a choice of silver or gold frame. Our table plans are not framed with glass for saftey reasons. If you would like us to decorate your plan to match stationery your have purchased elsewhere, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

When Ordering a Table Plan
You can place an order online by choosing all your specific requirements and you can also supply your complete list for table names and guest names. Alternatively, you can e-mail a completed list of names under the appropriate table name / number and in the right sequence. All your table names and guest names will be printed as supplied. Please make sure that your list has been checked thoroughly for spelling mistakes. Also we request that we have received the list at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding. If you are in need of your table plan within a shorter perios than 4 weeks, an extra charge may be incurred.

Table Plan Example Layouts

Round Style Plans

This plan is based on a wedding venue with a main top table and uses round tables laid out with the table names / numbers and the guest names listed in the centre.

You can specify the number of tables you require upon placing your order. We include up to 10 tables within the price, but allow for additional tables which are charged at £1.50 each.

You can order our table plans in a horizontal or vertical layout. The example shown is the horizontal template and includes 7 tables. The gap between the table name / number and the guest names is where your chosen design will be mounted.

Rectangular Style Plans

This table plan is based on a venue using rectangular or square tables. The plan includes a master top table and shows the tables laid out with the table names / numbers and the guest names listed in the centre.

You can order this style of plan in a horizontal or vertical layout. The example shown is the horizontal template and includes 10 tables. The gap between the table name / number and the guest names is where your chosen design will be mounted.

Available Fonts

Here we give you an example of the various fonts we can use for your table plan. If you would like to use a different font which is not shown in the list, please call us and we will be happy to source other options. Standard windows fonts including Arial and Times New Roman are also available.
