Terms of Sale

- All balloons that need to be set up at a venue will be charged a £20 set up fee for the lancashire area, please call for other areas.
- A deposit cheque of £50 will be taken for all items that need to be returned to us (ie champagne bottle, balloon poles used to make displays.) This is required in the form of a cheque that will not be cashed and returned to you when the items are collected undamaged.
- 40% of the total order cost must be paid at the point of ordering & the final balance must be paid 4 weeks before the event. In the case of a cancelaton your initial 40% payment will be lost. If you cancel within 4 weeks of the event your full payment will be lost.
